Went in for an alignment. Still pulled to the right dramatically. Took it in again for them to make it right. Still pulled to the right dramatically. Went in a third time and they blamed it on many fake flaws that don't exist like unmatching rims (they all match) unmatching tires (they match) and refused to make it right or give me my money back. Won't ever go back and disputing this charge with my bank.
We are sorry you feel the alignment we performed was not performed properly. We showed the gentleman that brought in your vehicle the print outs of your alignment that was performed on our state of the art Hunter Hawkeye Elite Alignment Machine. Your vehicle has mismatched tires on both the steer wheels- 2 different brand names and 2 different speed ratings (not safe) one is Z rated and the other is V rated. Your wheels are clearly labeled by the valve stems with "F" for front & "R" for rears. The vehicle should have 2 front & 2 rear. Your vehicle has 3 "F" wheels and only 1 "R". The gentleman that brought it in said he knew about the different wheels mismatched tires, and also said that a tire pull is not a thing. I would like to refer you and him to reference tire racks website regarding tire pull: "If a vehicle has a pulling problem, the alignment should be checked (including cross camber, cross caster and thrust angle settings). If the alignment is at the manufacturer's preferred settings or appropriately within the range, the following procedure can be used to confirm which tire is causing the pull." We would be happy to recheck the alignment for you for free once the mismatched tires and wheels are replaced on the vehicle.
