Got my car back after shelling out over $1600 in repairs, when I started it up it had new check engine codes for O2 sensors that weren’t previously there. They didn’t tell me anything about them and when I went back in to ask for an explanation, they ignored me for 15 minutes at the front counter until I had to ask for clarification. They immediately denied any possibility of it being their fault and said if I wanted them to look at it, would be another $180 for a diagnostic. I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a local customer who would have gone back as a regular customer if I was treated fairly.

Don the roadside assistance person was fantastic, he even recommended me to the Bobby and Steve’s in Maple grove. Once there they were able to help me and got me back in the road! Thank you!

I needed an oil change and they were able to fit me in, with short notice. Everyone I've spoke to has been very friendly and helpful. Might have to be my new oil change spot since it is closer to my work. They also had a coupon for a full synthetic oil change that made it cheaper than I've found elsewhere.

These people are the real deal. Small town shop feel. The most honest and nicest shop I’ve ever been to. They always explain everything and answer all of my dumb questions. They have had the opportunity to do large repairs but when they took a closer look it was a smaller problem than they thought and they were honest even though they could have done more without me knowing just for money. I will always go to Steve’s!!
