I needed a quick fix for a check engine light. They took my car in late on Friday and it was ready Monday morning. Jenna was great to work with.

Car wash is terrible, car goes through so fast and doesn’t get cleaned. Avoid. Go to youngstedz nearby way better.

Thrilled to share my 5 star experience with Steve’s Auto world. I hit a nail and had a flat tire. A friend told me to go to Steve’s. I walked in and looked confused. Nate noticed and right away said “how can I help?” - he pointed me towards the service desk, they quickly took my car and patched the tire up. While I was waiting I had the opportunity to witness their level of service. Three gentleman working together, taking calls and providing solutions, a calm presence on the other end of the line in a moment of panic. Then on top of my tire patch, they gave me a car wash. It’s evident they care, and that is always appreciated.

I called to make appt. I was told it was 1st come 1st served. I was advised to come in as early as possible. They opened at 0700. I arrived at 0715. I was told it was $250 charge to look at it . None of the $250went towards fixing issue. They would not get to my car u til later the next day. I left. Looked under my car. Found a large piece of plastic had come loose. I screwed it back up. Prob lem fixed for $0.00

The service was provided for me by Steve’s Auto World on Sunday, without scheduling it before. They didn’t try to push on me and it was fast, cheap, professional and on time! I wish there were more places like this that truly care about their customers—whether it’s just an oil change or an elderly woman in need of immediate help! Thank you!

Smart marketing! Being new to the neighborhood we received a flyer in the mail for a FREE oil change! Made an appointment, was there on time 30 minutes later the work had been done! I experienced Adam talking to another customer about a very expensive engine repair job…no hard sell, gave the customer some options and said I hope we can help you. Another customer came asking about tires, Adam on the spot offered to go outside and check her tires which he did, then gave her some options…no hard sell at all! I will make Steve’s my first option for car care! Free car wash and a bottle of water to boot!. D A
