I pulled into Steve's Auto World this morning when I noticed my temperature gauge was not working and the check engine light came on. They kindly and quickly ran a diagnostic and confirmed the temperature gauge was the cause. While I decided to go home as I don't live far, and let my husband decide what to do, I really appreciate the friendliness and help I received. Had this issue meant I had to get the repair here or tow it, I would have stayed. :)

I had my first experience with Steve's Auto World earlier this week and it was awesome. I am fortunate to work at an employer that has a pickup relationship with Steve's so I was able to drop my car off, scan the code, and walk into work. I got a text with my inspection and was able to confirm the work that I wanted done. A few hours later, I got another text asking me to pay the invoice via credit card. Shortly afterwards, I walked out to the parking lot and my car was repaired, washed, and ready to go. I will only do vehicle maintenance this way in the future.
