They did some work on our car (tune up, breaks, tires) and got it done quickly for a fair price. A few days later, the same car would not start. I called them and (unfairly) assumed it was due to their work. They sent out a tow truck and jumped my car. Turned out the battery needed replacement. They did not charge for the jump and happily replaced the battery, while I sat in the lobby with my tail between my legs.

I actually trust them to do work on my car and not to price gouge or make up things that need "fixing." Great service here!

I moved from out of state in the last year, and as a mechanic's daughter it's hard for me to trust someone other than my dad to work on my car. Needless to say the technicians and service staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to fix my car and were friendly every step of the way.

The nicest gas/service station I've been to. The guys in the shop were super nice too.

They were out of Mac n cheese but got us some from the cooler, it was cold but they asked if we wanted to heat it up in the microwave. Said we'd just heat it up at home. Put it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, opened it up to find the lid had melted leaving plastic in the food. Should not have suggested I microwave a non microwavable container. Called and asked them to refund our card and the gentleman on the phone was very dismissive. I get it, it's just Mac n cheese, but your customers don't want to eat plastic so we really wanted to give you a heads up that your "microwave safe" containers aren't actually microwave safe so you may want to get some new ones. It seemed a refund would be appropriate but they said we would have to come back because they don't store the cards. We don't live that close. Why can't they log in to their merchant credit card processing site (or software) and refund the transaction? Makes no sense.
