Car wash is cool, new and a great gimmick. But it SUCKS. Leaves more soap residue than any automatic wash I have ever been through. But my 2 year old liked the experience so who know if I’ll be back

Their arctic inferno car wash may be the best automated car wash in Minnesota. If you know of one better, please let me know!!!

I brought my car in to have tires put on rims for the summer. I let them know that there are two different size bolts for the rims. Longer in the back and shorter in the front. This last week I notice one of my lug bolts was missing off the rear wheel. I was pissed but I didn't know if Steve's Auto World had anything to do with it. This week, I went to swap my summer tires with my winter tires and noticed a mix of short and long lug bolts on all my tires. The short ones barely grabbed the hub. Can you say safety issue. Also, and this pissed me off the most, they did not torque the bolts down. I assume the just rammed them in with an impact. On max pressure. Because I had to use a breaker bar to some of the bolts out. 3-4 of the I had to put all my weight on it to get them to move and I am around 240 lbs. One bolt was soo tight that I thought that I was going to break my breaker bar. My impact wrench could not loosen the bolt. I ended up having to heat the bolt and then I was able to get it out. I have gone to them a couple times putting on tires on rims. The first time I had to bring them back because they put the weights on so close to my brake calipers that it started chipping the paint on the calipers and making a thud thud thud noise when I drove. Now, when I brought it to their attention, they did replace the weights for free. Which is why I went back to them the second time. But, after this, I will never go back to them. They are not up to the quality that I would expect.

If you have a diesel go to a diesel mechanic not these guys. Spent $1300 and had to go back several times for issues they created from the “repair”. That being said. Steve was awesome with his customer service helpful as could be considering the circumstances. I brought my 6.0 powerstroke in for a high pressure oil pump (something I could do at home). I brought it in for peace of mind that it was done right. Took way to long (3-4 days excluding shipping time) but every customer is going to think that it took to long so I’ll let that go. When I got it back it was leaking oil and not building turbo boost. They took it back and took care of the issue for free same day, AWESOME! Even picked it up from my work and dropped it back off while I was working. What service!! A week and a half later I leave work and BANG!! Boot blows off turbo. I put it back on in negative weather in a parking lot with a multi tool. Bring it back as it was same issue as before. Takes several days for them to get to. Claim it’s from “to much boost bending a clamp” ive been running a the same setup for 3 years no issue. They took the turbo off to replace the HPOP and failed to put it back in correctly causing me this huge headache. Even after the third time in for this issue it wasn’t resolved. I will never be returning. I feel like the money I spent was worthless. Do not go here.
