What a great shop with friendly honest mechanics! Oil change much cheaper than chain stores, came with a free car wash and a water bottle! I wasn’t expecting the cleanliness and or kindness from a auto body shop, but it was a great surprise! Thank you!

Went above and beyond! We ran into an emergency situation where we had to travel to northern MN. The car wasn’t quite down being repaired so Nate gave us a free car to use and then had one of his employees drive my car up north to switch out for the loaner. I’ve never heard of anyone ever doing this. It was also washed and cleaned inside. We will continue to go here for all future needs - amazing service!

I locked my keys in my car while getting gas. Steve's Auto World offered to unlock my car for me with NO CHARGE!

We dropped off our vehicle for an oil change and the staff gave us a list of things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle. The mechanic kept in good contact with us in case we wanted them to do the repairs. We could tell they looked over the car instead of just saying everything was ok without looking. Thanks and we will be back. FYI... they always have coupons! This makes it a nice value. Plus the car wash is great and fast!

Just got a call from my parents who were driving home from Illinois. They had an unfortunate incident and blew both tires on drivers side as they hit some road construction debris. Tow truck driver contacted a few places with no luck then got ahold of Nate at Steve’ Auto World who said they were just closing. It was Sunday night. But He said he would stay open. They had the odd size tires and brand put them on and bagged the two good right side tires and put them in the trunk. They were on their way in less than an hour. My thanks to the staff at Steve’s for the extra effort.

Main highlight for me was that from the moment I walked in, I felt welcome nd like I could trust the people that are working there to be strait and honest with me about the work I needed done. Terry, Nate, and the rest of the team were always so helpful, upfront, and communicative about the work my vehicle needed and was having done. Everyone there made the whole experience extremely positive nd enjoyable, from start to finish. Big thank you to everyone there, your work is very much appreciated! Sylvie has been sounding nd riding so much better, and enjoyed the pampering. Thanks again!!!

This is the worst place. Once I came here and bought a car wash. The wash wasn't working. Ok. Fine. That happens. Then I go in and just ask for my $$ back. I'm told I can't get my $$ back. That there is nobody there that can give it. But I can come back tomorrow for my car wash. Which I'm not driving all the way here for a car wash tomorrow that I want that night. So the lady I sista the wash isn't broken and goes out there with me. Tries to start it. Has no idea what she's doing. Tells me to pull in. I'm hesitant but I nose in. She sprays soap all over my car and then realizes she doesn't know what she's doing. Then tells me to drive through. The wash is a conveyer. The brushes are already spinning. She has no idea. I tell her I'm not doing that and she says, "I wouldn't either." Then she goes back I. The store. Leaving me to back out now I'm a car covered in soap. Next time i come through I get gas. Get a wash. Wash works. But there is a guy parked at the end in a tow truck nowhere to be found. Can't get through. He comes out and says I should squeeze through....maybe a inch to get through if I turn exactly right. This place sucks.
