Have been taking my cars here for over a year because I thought they were a good/honest service. Been there 5 times within the last few months. First got truck checked for a blown head gasket because it was losing oil and they told me no. Said they just needed to tighten the radiator cap. Then my brakes went out and it had to be repaired and brought back three times because the issue was a big guessing game. They couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Got a new shop to look at the truck and he said half the work they did was unnecessary and I spent $1,400 on brakes. Now a month down the road from the first visit about the coolant leak the truck has had a blown head gasket the whole time. Going to go to the better business bureau. Not impressed.

In reference to towing/ roadside assistance- It takes them 2 plus hrs to arrive to provide service. They don’t even communicate when they get the service request. I have always received them through my insurance for roadside assistance and never one time have they arrived less than 2hrs. No communication at all and some staff are rude. I have actually had to cancel one time because they took too long the repair shop closed and same case today. Can do WAY better.

Hands down, the best customer service you will ever get from a mechanic shop! They’re so nice, efficiently fast, and will work with you. I was originally quoted from another place that it’ll be +$600 to fix my side view mirror, but when I asked for a quote at Steve’s, it would only be $250! Literally so hospitable and respectful!

Usually I won't rate a place this low based off of cleanliness alone, however the mend bathroom at this place is so foul and revolting that I won't use the restroom in here. It's not a one time ordeal this bathroom is historically bad and during times like this where cleanliness is so important it saddens me to see so much gunk on the toilet and stall in the bathroom.. and it's not like it was cleaned and then got dirty again... The same stuff is on this toilet from March.... This is unsanitary and probably one of the leading causes of corona spread in maple Grove MN.... I wish I could add a picture....

Granddaughters wanted a Slushy. $3.75 for a cup of ground ice with flavored sugar water is absolutely ridiculous!
