Usually I’m very happy with the service on my car. This time however, I was really disappointed in the Covid precautions that weren’t being taken. Every single employee minus the gas station cashier either weren’t wearing masks or had them on half way. And nothing was said to customers in the shop that weren’t wearing them at all.

Steve's Auto in Maple Grove is simply amazing. I had a pretty terrible day last week where I had a tire blowout on the highway on my way to work. I was able to get my car to Steve's Auto and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Jordan and Kyle went above and beyond! I won't be going anywhere else for my car needs. I highly recommend Steve's Auto in Maple Grove!

Nick was excellent at getting my vehicle in and worked. They were extremely fair with their pricing and letting me know about what repairs are needed in the future, not right now. Great service. I called last minute this past Saturday 11/14. Steve was very helpful and "squeezed" me in. My vehicle was alligned in a timely manner. He was very thoughful and took time to listen about my concerns with previous issues I had on vehicle and didnt want to run into again. He was honest in quoting me pricing in regards to my service needs. He kindly mentioned he would take a look at what I had described and said if it dont need to be done, I will not charge. Will be returning🙃🙃

After going to another shop in the Maple Grove area for oil changes for a few years, I decided to try something new and wasn’t disappointed! The staff was very kind and and took the time to explain things instead of just rushing through everything. Definitely going back.
