total ripoff artists. son went for oil change $19.95 on sign. pulled in. no one asked a question. over $40 no explanation. classic bait and switch that gets worse...leaves and car is suddenly leaking oil. calls back . told $100 for inspection and they will have to put in colored oil to track leak .at least $300. wasn't leaking here they say so not our problem. car is a 2017 that has never had any issues or leaked or burnt any oil in the past..overcharge. wreck car take no responsibility. great business model
Mr. Vollbrecht, I reviewed the video of your son being checked in for his oil change. When the adviser typed him in it was a 2016 GM vehicle, these vehicles require DEXOS brand oil that only comes in synthetic oil (not the 19.95 basic oil change). My adviser explained to your son the requirements of his vehicle and shows him the menu that shows the price of the synthetic oil and your son agreed. During the oil change our technician notified the adviser of the oil leak & he also needed new wiper blades. This was explained to you son in the waiting lounge. The adviser explained the engine would need to be cleaned and a U.V. dye would be added to the oil so we can determine the cause of the leak. Your son said he had wipers at home and would look into the oil leak. I have reached out to your son and left a voicemail but he has not returned my calls. I would like to speak with you regarding this miscommunication between your son and you. Pleas call me at 763-852-9999 or email [email protected]. If you provide me with your email address I would be happy to email you a copy of the video.
