took my car in for oil change. oil change guy didnt know how to reset the oil light. next day transmission starts acting up. take the car to lexus. all the transmission fluid is drained out of the car. $5632 for new transmission. cant prove it but draw your own conclusions

Had my Throttle Body replaced, but supplied my own part. It was awesome that they allowed me to do that! Labor was fairly priced and they were honest and forward about what was going on. They explained what the issue was and included the relevant details about why the part was bad. In this case the gears' teeth were chipped/worn down. A kind bonus: It was a hot day (85° and HUMID) and they left a fresh bottle of water in my car (pictured).

Just got a call from my parents who were driving home from Illinois. They had an unfortunate incident and blew both tires on drivers side as they hit some road construction debris. Tow truck driver contacted a few places with no luck then got ahold of Nate at Steve’ Auto World who said they were just closing. It was Sunday night. But He said he would stay open. They had the odd size tires and brand put them on and bagged the two good right side tires and put them in the trunk. They were on their way in less than an hour. My thanks to the staff at Steve’s for the extra effort.

These guys are amazing. I needed a battery replaced, and from the time I entered, in under 30 minutes, I was out the door.

Great store with amazing service. Every time I visit I get right in and my car is fixed or ready long before my kids get tired of playing in their kids area. All of my vehicles get serviced here, and I've only had the most positive experience far better than any other shop I've used.
