I really like this place. The customer service is great - they're always friendly and pleasant both on the phone and in person. The pricing is fair and straightforward. The whole process feels transparent, which is awesome. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off.

I purchased an old item without realizing and called a couple hours after I noticed. The manager on duty was extremely professional both on the phone and when I went back in store. He went well above and beyond what I expected and was the best customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. This is my first visit here but I will return because of how the situation was handled.

Called for an oil change and they were willing to fit me in the day of. Technician finished the job early and I received a complimentary bottle of water and car wash voucher. The staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

Great service. I called last minute this past Saturday 11/14. Steve was very helpful and "squeezed" me in. My vehicle was alligned in a timely manner. He was very thoughful and took time to listen about my concerns with previous issues I had on vehicle and didnt want to run into again. He was honest in quoting me pricing in regards to my service needs. He kindly mentioned he would take a look at what I had described and said if it dont need to be done, I will not charge. Will be returning🙃🙃
