Great place to go for all oil change. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. There is no pressure to upgrade or add a service that is unnecessary. I appreciate the ability to go in for a quick and easy oil change.

All the people at Steve's Auto world are great. I'm usually talking with Steve or Nate and they have been very kind, communicative and honest with me. They explain things so I get it and are always available to answer questions. I'll keep my business there for as long as they will have me!

Needed a jump start on Sunday. Called Steve's Auto World in Maple Grove & talked to Steve. He sent Travis, who arrived in a short while & jump started the car. We followed him to Steve's Auto World where he opened the hood, checked the battery & suggested a replacement. Kyle installed the battery while we waited in our car & Steve brought us bottled water. Everything was done within half-an-hour. Very friendly staff! Fast service! I was very impressed! Steve, Travis & Kyle make a great team! Thanks for all your help!

I brought in a pre-owned Dodge Journey that needed a patch and tire-rotation and was completely satisfied 😌. The cost was under $50 and I was able to get an appointment immediately when I needed it. Steve's Auto has a great policy with answering the phone and having availability.... the free car wash is a nice touch as well!

I had called about a battery replacement for my auto. The desk said I could just show up without an appointment which I did. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. The verbal estimate was accurate and the service was courteous and efficient. I even took advantage of the car wash which is a great service too.

Had a battery replaced, and have had two punctured tires replaced. Service was performed quickly, cleanly, and in my opinion at a very reasonable price! I’ll be continuing to send business their way.

I've been to this location on a couple of occasions (never for redoing the same thing) and it's been excellent service every time. They worked with my budget when I needed to get all new tires, helped when my check engine light came on... The last experience was great - I had a slow leak in my tire, I was able to bring my car in that day and be out in twenty minutes all patched up! The staff has been super nice and helpful each time, and that's the main reason I'll go back if something else is needed.

Had a problem with my tire sensors after replacing them almost a year ago. Great customer service and Fixed immediately. Awesome place to bring your vehicle. Will definitely take my vehicle there again!
