Staff was knowledgeable, friendly. I appreciated that they got me in as soon as possible. I waited while my repairs were being completed and was able to observe them helping so many customers. Very efficient.

I went to the store to get a utility trailer rewired for lights, bearing service and a new chain. The estimated time quoted on a Thursday noon, was Monday the week later. The quote for service was under 350.00. On Monday I was bumped to Tues at 9:00. On Tues 9:00 I was bumped to noon...at noon I was bumped to 2:30. They ran the paperwork and charged 760.00, claiming the extra labor was because they could not ground the lights due to rust. The fix ultimately was accomplished..but with time taken and price 200% of estimation, I will never go back. Very disappointed. The technicians do good work, management should honor the quote.
