Brought car in with blown motor under service warranty still. Had high out put air intake installed. They call warranty place they denie the claim cause of that. I call Steve’s and they say ohh yeah they don’t like modifying anything. In that case don’t you call and say hey well put factory air box in wow. Lost my business!!

I wanted to give them a shot due to all the positive ratings but I was thoroughly disappointed. They placed the wrong oil in my vehicle which caused it to randomly shut off on multiple occasions sometimes even on busy roads. This, as you can imagine, has caused some very unsafe situations. If I didn't react in time I would have been in an accident!When my car first died on me I decided to take it to them to diagnose. It took multiple tries just to get an appointment! They kept telling me I didn't need one and to come in. They said it would get done quickly but whenever I showed up when they told me to I was told they would keep my car for the weekend. When I finally got an appointment they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car and told me not to go to the dealership because apparently they wouldn't be able to figure it out.Every time I went there they kept telling me I needed different things replaced. First it was my front brakes, then my back brakes too, then when I had both brakes scheduled they said I didn't need my back brakes. I guess they got lazy and didn't want to deal with it. When I finally went to the dealership because my car died again, they told me that the only time the issue would happen is if the wrong oil is in the car. I wish I went with them first so I wouldn't have ended up wasting $250 in a diagnosis fee and a new oil change, after just getting one. All this while having to take what amounted to 2 days off of work to deal with the problem they created by putting the wrong oil in my car.They are very unprofessional and don't care about you. Do not do business with these people. I will be contacting them to see if they will refund my oil change. Money wasted not to mention that they put me in unnecessary danger by screwing up my car.

Always did me right and affordable in cost. As a car enthusiasts it's hard to let someone else touch your ride, I have no issues with the staff working on mine.

I want to bring my car and for inspection on the brakes they took it apart and they want to charge you $260 for a hardware kit for a Toyota nothing but hardware kit I said no way give me my car back that's highway robbery taking advantage of people. Thank God I have a good mechanic go to and get it done for a reasonable price I would never get my business to them I have the feeling they're going to rip you off.
