My truck needed a new transmission. I called and asked if they accepted my extended warranty they were very kind and helpful. I dropped my car off and Jordan was kind and walked me through the whole process, they gave me a loaner vehicle which I wasn’t expecting awesome service I refer them to all my friends and family.

They did a great job and fixed my car super fast. I am overall very impressed. I really do wish that they would just be a little friendlier and with their customers.

The only pleasant part of my experience was the tow truck driver himself - everything else about the experience sucked. The tow truck took over an hour past the original ETA, I was told that they could bring it back to the shop and get it looked at it right away. As it turned out, it was just a dead cell in a battery (which is why I couldn't jump it and needed a tow) They charged me over $400 for replacing a battery, absolute price gouging for something that is commonly 200 bucks. What's worse, the service was abysmal when I got to the shop, I had to physically walk onto the shop floor to get someone's attention and it took them minutes from there to see me. They were rude, short and explained away the overpriced battery telling me it took them upwards of Sam how to uncover the problem. Plus, I asked them to check out some lights on my dashboard and they didn't even bother. Absolutely save your money, they held me hostage because I was towed there and had no other choice.
