Terrible service. They simply don't do what they are asked. They're pretty much an oil change shop. I wouldn't do anything beyond an oil change at this shop. The service advisors are rude and demean customers when asked questions. The advisors also like to berate costumers after they have left for everyone in the waiting are to hear.

I have an older car, part's are not easy to come by. That is not the shops fault so I go in knowing it will take days before my car gets fixed. The last 2 visits resulted in a second visit before the car was working correctly. Not all the work I had requested was done and I've run run out of available time for car repairs. I will have to find a car repair shop closer to home for future repairs.

Bad experience the guy in the counter doesn’t know business you talking to him he is ignoring they when I drove all the way to 3hours the price just changed is not what we agreed i have wast experience here I will never visit again.

I would definitely use Steve’s Auto World again.. I had a dead battery Donny was more than helpful when coming to jump my car and then explained that I would need a new battery, told me I could follow him back to the shop and they would take care of it. The staff was all very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I was okay with pricing and how I wanted to go about things before doing anything.
