Honestly, the phone interaction was very disappointing. I didn’t even feel comfortable bringing my car in after the call. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, it already takes a lot of courage to reach out for help—especially when you worry about being taken advantage of. The last thing anyone needs in that situation is a rude or dismissive attitude. Respect and clear communication go a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

I had my front and back brakes and rotors replaced, plus an oil change, all done at Steves Auto Worldand I couldnt be happier! They completed everything in just a few hours, and on a Sunday no less. The team was professional, efficient, and really friendly. We love how smooth the car feels now and appreciate their great service. Highly recommend Steves Auto World for anyone who wants fast, quality work with a smile!

I brought in my car w no appointment, they worked in a tire rotation and oil change no trouble while I was at work. Dropped off at 7:30, called it was done by 2:30. Friendly staff, great experience

The guy Matt or Mark is his name was very disrespectful to me he threw my keys at me I ask for the manager and he refuse so I went outside of the store and ask the other co-worker to speak to the manager and the manager rectify the issues saying he would speak to him. But this man not only was he disrespectful to me but to other customers as well. I will NEVER come to this location again. The lady who was behind me apologized for the man behavior. I couldn’t believe he speak to people the way he did. They need to have a seat down with him. He doesn’t need to work with people.
