1 star is really even too much to give this place credit for. Went in for a simple recalibration for an ignition interlock machine, The guy with the painted eyebrows and beard says you know one thing I’ve Done better than you was never getting a DUI, and that was after they let my battery die after I told them there was an issue the day before, Thanks Steve’s auto world.

First time working with them. The customer service is outstanding. Renewed my faith in the service industry. I will be taking my vehicle to them only from now on.

They are always friendly, kind and helpful and do a good job taking care of my car’s maintenance.

This was my first visit to Steve's Auto World. I went there for a oil change. It took a long time to get it done. The manager apologized and didn't charge me for the oil change. I was pleasantly surprised, as they definately understand customer service. I would go back to them in the future.
