Steve was very helpful. He helped to get my tire pressure monitoring system fixed. Steve's auto world had replaced this system 3 years ago and he was able to get it fixed again for free under warranty. Nate and Steve are always great to work with.

"Can you put a battery in my car today, with no appointment, on a weekend?" A: "sure" That's how you know you are working with a first class service team! Thanks to Steve's I got my battery replaced no trouble during a very cold spell, and it only took them about an hour. I am very grateful because other shops told me Monday at the earliest.

I had a flat tire two miles from Steve's Auto World on Saturday afternoon and by the time AAA towed me to Maple Grove all the tire shops were closed. At 8:00 on Sunday morning Steve's Auto World brought my car into their shop straight away and and I was on the road again by 9:15.

I was surprised by a leaky tire.🛞 I live 45 mins away and was in town for my kiddos sport and I had 2 other carpool kiddos with me. We were in town for 1/2 a day. Now out of nowhere I have a flat tire. I used Steve’s FREE air in an effort to “fix/bandaid” my issue. It didn’t work. So I walked into Steve’s and this amazing guy helped me. Fixed my rim and my tire and had a thoughtful connected real conversation with me and took care of my problem and got me back in the road SAFELY! So grateful. PLUS it was less than $40.00!!! For starters - I found this place when my local dealership wanted to charge me arm and a leg to fix my vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion and saved at least $700 for an easy fix. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. And honest which is what everyone wants. My only one off is that they leave the car parked outside the gas station when done. Kinda strange for me personally. I left it there for a week before I had time to pick it up. Nothing bad happened. Just odd.

Great tires and customer service, but after having to get 2 alignments in the span of 2 days my steering wheel was still crooked, keep in mind it was straight before I took it there for the first time😐😭

I have always received good customer care and very good service. Steve’s Auto replaced my head lights yesterday and were very timely and they also gave me a free car wash!
