My initial experience was lack luster. I left my car at the shop all day, drop off at 745 with an appt. I called at 1620was told the car would be another hour and a half. Mind you it was to assess an oil leak, and they determined it would need to have dye placed to find where the leak was coming from. 5 minutes later got a call back saying the car was ready. When I arrived they were unable to locate the keys along with a person in line prior to me. I had to bring my car back now after 100 miles to locate the source of the leak. The only reason that came back was I was already in for $90 and it was close to work. I came back to have get the diagnosis after the weekend. I received I call on the way home with an out the door quote from Howard. When I came back to have the work completed, again worked with Howard, and another fellow that was a morning person 😁. I was pleasantly surprised that a loaner vehicle was available. It was quite dirty on the inside, but it got me point A to point B. Was planning on picking up the car next day based on The information given that morning. I received a call at about 1625 that my car was ready. I will have to say Howard for the save. I’ll have to give it another go for sure. 👍🏼
