This place is seriously great. I had my ‘01 Corolla quit during its first winter in Minnesota, and while I was figuring out exactly how to handle the situation, the people at Steve’s Auto World helped me through the entire ordeal. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful. They explained everything to me in understandable terms - since this was my first car, all of this was very new to me - and I ended up scrapping the car with them since it didn’t have much worth after its issues and age. Nate and Adam were especially helpful, Adam helped me through most of the process and was always incredibly friendly and communicative. I am so happy with the service I got, and I know I’ll be coming back for any car needs I may have in the future. Thank you guys!!

Great service and personal! I use them from time to time for mechanical work on my wifes SUV and my SUV. Good job.

Nice Family run business. And they sell farm fresh Eggs!

They were very professional in interactions. I gave me estimate with two options they had to work on my request based on estimated labor time. Only improvement I can think of is, they should have a technician ready to start work (with some buffer time) based on the appointment time. I ended up rescheduling my appointment as the technician wasn’t ready to work on for approximately 1 hr from my scheduled appointment time.

I had my car serviced at Steve's Auto World yesterday. They could not have been more professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business.

Terrible service. First I scheduled and appointment for Thursday and when I come in they tell me no appointment has been made and that I would have to reschedule for tomorrow. All though I show him confirmation I had an appointment that day he still refuses. The next day I come in extremely early around 8:30 and there is 0 customers in the shop and I’m schedule for an appointment so they should be ready right? Nope they took 25 minutes to even get my car to the garage and another 30 minutes doing the oil change. Last thing was a coupon for a 50$ flat rate oil change. They ended up charging me 25$ extra for “necessities” that didn’t pertain at all to the oil change, random extras I didn’t ask for. DO NOT COME here THEY ARE TRYING TO TAKE YOU FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU HAVE! Scam artist and rude as hell.

Discovered a flat tire and found a screw in it. Was able to inflate it and drive to Steve’s at 6pm on a Tuesday night. They got my truck in right away, removed the screw and patched the tire. In and out after about 30 minutes and problem resolved. Awesome service and so happy for their availability to fix my problem quickly. Thank you Steve’s and I will be back for additional service in the future.

Fast friendly service. Even welcomed my dogs inside as I waited.
