I had called in Saturday Nov 30th and scheduled an appointment for my car repair on the rearer pads, it was scheduled for today at 8:00 am. The man over the phone didn’t even ask for my name. After arriving today, a man named Matt, was at front desk. Matt, please learn how to treat customers, be kind and polite , you have a job thanks to the customers , the way you treated me today is unforgiving. I hope the owners of the business really give the importance of my review . I ended up to take my car to the dealership it may cost more , but the way they treat customers and make me safe worth what ever amount they will charge for the service. I am Isabella .
