They helped me get my vehicle towed to their location and checked it out for me. I requested to be towed because my vehicle was so loud and got louder when I tried to accelerate forward. Then I popped the hood and it was hot. They checked everything out, couldn’t get it to repeat the issue and didn’t charge me for the investigating they did. So kind and helpful!
We are from out of town and were staying for the weekend in Maple Grove. On Friday evening we experienced a loud noise all of a sudden coming from our vehicle. I called Steve’s and was told I could bring it in at 7:00 am the next morning. Within an hour I had an answer. While they couldn’t get parts to fix it that day, I was told it was safe to drive home. I really appreciated that reassurance so quickly!
