My initial experience for my appointment was extremely aweful: an older gentleman said over the phone that my vehicle was ready, but then said it had just been taken back once we arrived to pick it up. My appointment was at 9am and it was then 6pm. My 3-4 hour appointment took 24 hours with no communication for the delay, and wrong information when inquired. Once I got the call around 9am the day after my appointment, I spoke with Adam and he showed nothing but kindness and empathy towards my situation and frustration. Then, I was having difficulty with my vehicle once I got there, and he took quite a bit of his time and effort to help get it figured out. Adam is the reason for my 5 stars, and I'm hopeful that I encounter more great employees like him with my future appointments there.
