Maple Grove Auto Repair

My son brought his vehicle in to have an alternator replaced (not a cheap repair). Before bringing it to this shop his remote start worked fine. After the alternator replacement, the remote start did not work at all. My son told the repairman before leaving and the repairman attempted to fix it but could not. He was told to take it to a Kia dealership to get it fixed and that the manager would be on Tuesday to discuss reimbursement. Today is Tuesday and the manager totally blew my son off and told him that he would not be reimbursed for getting the remote start back to the working condition it was in before the repair was done. He told him the repairman was “just being nice” when asked why he would attempt to fix it if they weren’t in the wrong. Way to take money from a kid and not return the other working functions of the vehicle as it was when it was dropped off!!! Not good business etiquette at all.

Stopped in for an oil change and maintenance light. Staff was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the appointment. Clean waiting area. A water bottle with their logo was in the car after and it was a nice surprise! With the service receipt I received a free car wash and it was the best car wash ever! If I lived in the area I would come back for any auto care! I couldn't recommend this place more!

What a great shop with friendly honest mechanics! Oil change much cheaper than chain stores, came with a free car wash and a water bottle! I wasn’t expecting the cleanliness and or kindness from a auto body shop, but it was a great surprise! Thank you!

Went above and beyond! We ran into an emergency situation where we had to travel to northern MN. The car wasn’t quite down being repaired so Nate gave us a free car to use and then had one of his employees drive my car up north to switch out for the loaner. I’ve never heard of anyone ever doing this. It was also washed and cleaned inside. We will continue to go here for all future needs - amazing service!

I locked my keys in my car while getting gas. Steve's Auto World offered to unlock my car for me with NO CHARGE!

We dropped off our vehicle for an oil change and the staff gave us a list of things that needed to be fixed on the vehicle. The mechanic kept in good contact with us in case we wanted them to do the repairs. We could tell they looked over the car instead of just saying everything was ok without looking. Thanks and we will be back. FYI... they always have coupons! This makes it a nice value. Plus the car wash is great and fast!
