Maple Grove Auto Repair

I went to Maple Grove Auto World today for an oil change. Very friendly staff, clean and inviting waiting area. When service is done they also give you a free car wash that includes access to their free vacuums, a detail towel, window cleaner and air freshener. Great price for a synthetic grade oil change. Highly recommend.

Good customer service. Timing, pulleys, pump, tires, sparks all done in less than a day. Honest feedback. Trust is critical to be successful as service provider for vehicles. So far they have it from me.

Great place

Poor experience with Car wash- I bought a code and proceeded to the wash. After entering the code. The 'wait' light turned on. The instructions on the wall read wait for the attendant. Several minutes passed and no attendant showed up. Finally, I called the location from my car and the lady from the cash register came by. When I started to ask her if I was supposed to wait as per the instructions, she ignored my question and asked if I had paid for the service. After I replied in the affirmative, I asked her again what the right process for this car wash was. Once again, she ignored me and started the wash and the conveyor while my window was still down (trying to speak to her), and my car was on park (which I had to hurriedly turn to neutral to avoid damage). It doesn't seem like they know yet what they are doing with their newly opened large auto center.

Pletty wild for a gas station. Fair prices, free vacuuming..

The staff here are awesome. Stopped to have my battery checked as the battery light came on and I was pulling our camper for the first time by myself. They were super busy but so friendly and willing to help right away. I ended up needing a new alternator, which they were able to put in for me. Such friendly staff, so willing to help, and even though they were busy they still took time to explain things etc. So glad we stopped here! Steve, Sam, Dakota, and Cody were great. Thank you!

Great service. Helped me double check the issue with my car and discounted me greatly. Also sat me down to help explain the issue so I can try fixing my car at home. 100% recommend. It’s also very close to restaurants and stores, so while you’re waiting you can grab dinner or shop.
